LEADERSHIP TRAINING CLASS

Classes will be held on Wednesdays starting in January 2027.

This leadership training is designed to equip men and women to lead with biblical understanding, integrity, and confidence. Participants will learn how to grow as leaders, serve effectively, develop others, and lead from a strong foundation in Christ. The goal is not simply to create leaders, but to equip people who can take what they learn and multiply it by developing and empowering others.

Completion of the training may also provide opportunities to be considered for future leadership and serving roles within BGP Ministries. These opportunities will be based on ministry needs, demonstrated character, faithfulness, and readiness to lead.
